Wow, my last day.  I made a decision to make my career an important part of my life.  What I did not count on was finding a job in an industry that has brought me endless joy.   The things I have learned here and the staff of people I have been entitled to work with has been an absolute pleasure.  These people are my second family and have given me so much: knowledge, laughter and a feeling of belonging to something.  I can’t thank all of you enough: Jeffrey our head chef, Jason our production manager, Sarah (the good one) confectionary artist and Lauren our sous chef.  And of course Ron, my partner in confectionary crime.  I have grown as a person and professionally working for you.  You taught me so much about this business and your company that you brought a breath of fresh air into my life and a chance at a career I never thought I could have.  For that I will be forever thankful.  But don’t think you can get rid of me that easily….see you for the theater? 🙂
