My first post…

It’s been sometime coming, I am ready to put my thoughts out there regarding this fun, crazy business that I have decided to call home.  Take this fun journey with me as I dive into cake design, my fun boss Ron Ben-Israel and all of the great things we do here at the bakery.  But – from my point of view.
