For all of my cake people out there …Ron is teaching in Canada! He is going back to teach at Flour Confections in Pickering, Ontario. It will be a 3 day class focusing on sugar orchids. Ron will be teaching the following: the Cattleya, the Cymbidium, the Phalaenopsis (Moth Orchid), the Dendrobium, the Oncidium (Dancing Ladies), and leaves.

The rate is too expensive for me, I wish I could have been there in Ontario ! This sucks !
