We love color!!!

Never be afraid of suggesting to your clients adding a little color to their wedding cake. One way we like to do this in the bakery is throw a little spin on something “traditional”.  Suggest to your clients that they cover the cake in a color (light, dark or in between) and the flowers on the cake are featured in white.

Even using a pastel color makes a lovely impact against the white flowers, if your client is more daring, be bold and use black to fondant their cake.

 

This is a great way to introduce a dash of color in a room decorated in all whites.   I think it’s a great twist on tradition and I love the way the white or light colored flowers “pop” against the darker backgrounds.
