Always planning ahead.

One of the reason’s why we run such a smooth operation is our ability to plan ahead in every department.  This can be a little tricky as three departments are communicating with each other and we all need to make sure we are on the same page.   Our head chef Jeffrey was doing this just the other day, planning out the baking and buttercream lists for the month of August.   He is going to be one busy guy…
