So every Friday is always the busiest day of the week for us, major production day. We all have our assigned duties. One of mine is taking pictures of all the cakes. I have to say that this is one of the favorite parts of my job. Taking pictures as an amateur is something I have been doing for a really long time and I am very passionate about it. Working at the bakery, Ron has allowed me to step up my game and take the time to learn more about photography and work on my skills on an almost daily basis. Ron went as far as getting me a mentor, lighting equipment and a seamless background. (Thank you Christian Grattan for everything, if you have not seen his work, you should http://www.christiangrattan.com.) But it was all up to me to learn how to use it. So today I am showing you the first picture I have ever taken for Ron in the bakery and a picture I took last week…. (I’d say I have come a long way, I like to think I am now an advanced amateur, but of course there is always more to learn and I am willing!)

Your photography is outstanding and you capture those images perfectly! Thanks for sharing.
wow amazing!! any tips on how you get the pictures so good? x
