My official title is “Operations Etc…” What the heck does that mean?

I am pretty much a one man band working here at the Bakery. Ron helps me out too of course, but for the most part it’s me, myself and I. So here is a list of all of the things that I do (that I can think of right now…) in the Bakery.

Those tasks sound like lots of fun! I mean, buttercream taster? Does it get any better than that? Haha. I’m a new follower and I’m happy to have found it! Can’t wait to read more.

Among the many “etceteras” that you provide to our company, please do not forget to include “theater companion to Ron”, and “purchasing” – your shopping talents are legendary! Also very important is “networking”; and before each public event you also act as a “style coordinator” for both of us.
